Designing a New Home
Designing your home is the most personal step in the homebuilding process. The Level Homes Design Studio allows you the ability to customize the interior of your home with our wide range of finishes, materials and enhancements. We offer a variety of flooring, wall tile, lighting, cabinetry, countertops, technologies and accessories for your new home. Because we offer these design options and enhancements under one roof, we can value-engineer them — reducing both the time it takes to begin building and the total cost.
Building a New Home
The Level Homes Construction Managers are some of the best in the industry. From plans to move-in day, your dedicated Construction Manager will guide you through every step of the building process. Our team ensures your home is delivered on-time and on-budget. We put your home through an exhaustive inspection to make sure your home is perfect on the day you move in.
Prior to closing, your new home will undergo a comprehensive evaluation by the Level Homes Quality Control Team giving you peace of mind and providing a worry-free move-in.
Closing & Move-In
After completion of construction, we will schedule a final walk-through and an orientation to help you understand all of the new features and specifications of your new home. From there, we close on the home and provide comprehensive closing materials that will keep all of your important documentation in one, convenient resource. We also provide maintenance tips to optimize the care of your new home.
1-Year Workmanship Warranty
This warranty covers clearly defined standards for defects in materials and workmanship for the first year after closing. This component of the warranty includes roof covering, cabinets, countertops, door panels, exterior siding, hardwood floor, ceramic tile, drywall, interior trim, carpet, paint and the fireplace.
2-Year Systems Warranty
This warranty covers defects in the electrical, plumbing and mechanical systems for a full two years after closing. This component of the warranty includes supply piping, ductwork, waste piping and electrical wiring.
10-Year Structural Warranty
This warranty covers all load-bearing elements to ensure the safety of the home for up to ten years after closing. This component of the warranty includes roof framing, load-bearing walls, beams, columns, floor framing and the foundation. The State of Louisiana only requires a 5-year structural warranty.
