The Presale Event will be the first opportunity to reserve a homesite. The process is outlined below:
STEP 1: Meet with our New Home Sales Counselor for a Preliminary Interest Appointment
Schedule a private appointment to find out all the specifics of your favorite floorplans and consider your preferred homesites. Schedule additional appointments as-needed to finalize your selections before the Presale Event.
STEP 2: Obtain Home Loan Pre-Approval
After meeting with our New Home Sales Counselor, we'll put you in touch with our in-house lending partner to help you get pre-approval for your new home loan.
STEP 3: Presale Event
Turn in completed contract and $1,000 deposit to reserve your homesite — on a first come, first served basis.
We require a $1,000 non-refundable deposit to reserve a lot. Deposits can be provided through a personal check or by credit card (standard fees apply).
No. Due to the increased demand for homesites, we cannot allow prospective owners to hold lots without loan pre-approval and a $1,000 deposit check.
Our New Home Sales Counselor will help you select a primary and secondary lot that will suit your needs so you can be prepared to reserve a lot at our event.
No problem! Level Homes will accept a lot reservation that is contingent on the sale of your current home. Your home must be actively marketed by a licensed real estate professional during the contingency period. If your current home has not sold by the time your new home is complete, Level Homes reserves the right to sell the home to another buyer without a contingency.
