Take N. Causeway Blvd. / Lake Pontchartrain Causeway and stay straight onto Highway 190 / US-190 W. Merge onto I-12 West toward Hammond. Take the LA-21 Exit (Exit 59) toward Madisonville / Covington. Keep left for the ramp toward Madisonville. Turn left onto Highway 21 / LA-21. Turn left onto Brewster Road and then right onto River Chase Drive. Enter the roundabout and take the second exit onto Continental Drive.
