How do I reserve a lot in Materra?
Register for our VIP list to get early access to information about the new homesites and floorplans. We will have a limited release of lots during our launch event — on a first-come, first-served basis. The Launch Event will be the first opportunity to reserve a lot in this exciting new community.
What should I do to prepare for the Launch Event?
Register for our VIP List: The only way to get advanced information about this new phase is by registering for our VIP list. Once you register, our team will help guide you through the steps to secure your new homesite. Only registered buyers will get an invitation to our Launch Event.
Preliminary Lot Selection: Prior to the Launch Event, our New Home Sales Counselor will contact you to discuss the homesite and floorplan that would suit your needs. It is important to have an idea of which lot you would like to reserve at the Launch Event since lots will be reserved on a first-come, first-served basis.
Home Loan Pre-Approval: After your conversation with our New Home Sales Counselor, our in-house lending partner will contact you to help you get pre-approval for your new home loan.
Transfer Deposit Funds: Prior to the Launch Event, you will need to ensure that you have adequate funds for the deposit amount.
What is the deposit to reserve a lot?
We require a $1,000 deposit to reserve a lot. Deposits can be provided through a personal check or by credit card (standard fees apply).
Will I be able to hold a lot without pre-approval and/or a deposit?
No. Due to the increased demand for homesites, we cannot allow prospective owners to hold lots without loan pre-approval and a $1,000 deposit check.
What if someone reserves the lot I am interested in?
Our New Home Sales Counselor will help you select a primary and secondary lot that will suit your needs so you can be prepared to reserve a lot at our event. We will also allow prospective buyers to take a backup reservation on another lot with no additional deposit. If the first buyer defaults or backs out of the contract, you would have the option to transfer your reservation to your primary lot selection.
What if I need to sell my current home?
No problem! Level Homes will accept a lot reservation that is contingent on the sale of your current home. Your home must be actively marketed by a licensed real estate professional during the contingency period. If your current has not sold by the time your new home is complete, Level Homes reserves the right to sell the home to another buyer without a contingency.
Will you share my personal contact information?
No. The contact information you provide will only be used by our New Home Sales Counselor to keep you informed on the progress of Materra. We do not share your personal contact information with any unaffiliated third party.
