Level Homes Named the Fastest-Growing Homebuilder on Builder Magazine’s 2016 Next 100 List
Award-Winning Builder Has Climbed 75 Places in Two Years on Authoritative List of America’s Top 200 Builders
Baton Rouge, La.
With more than 100% growth in new home sales year-over-year, Level Homes has been named the fastest-growing firm on Builder Magazine’s annual ranking of the Next 100 Builders in the U.S.
The Baton Rouge, La. based builder—also a leader in the Raleigh, NC market—has vaulted 75 places since first being named a Top 200 builder in the nation in 2014.
For more than 30 years, Builder Magazine has ranked the Top 100 Builders in the nation. The publication also names The Next 100 Builders, those companies ranking 101-200. Each list measures annual growth in new homes sold and home building revenues.
Level Homes, an award-winning private builder, jumped from #182 on the 2015 list to #118 on the 2016 list.
“Being named America’s fastest-growing Next 100 builder is one of the highest honors we can earn,” said Todd Waguespack, Managing Partner of Level Homes.
“More than twice as many people entrusted Level Homes to build their home, compared to the prior year,” Waguespack added. “That growth was earned one homebuyer at a time. It reflects the passion that everyone at Level Homes has to serve our customers.”
In recognizing Level Homes, Builder Magazine cited the firm’s focus on building homes for entry-level, move-up and luxury buyers and the company’s success as a developer of award-winning master-planned new home communities.
“At Level Homes, we build homes in the best locations—designing lasting homes and communities that reflect the way we live today,” said Ric Rojas, President of Level Homes.
With a strong focus on Traditional Neighborhood Design and sustainable communities, Level Homes creates leading-edge master-planned communities that include Americana in Zachary, La. and 5401 North in Raleigh, NC.
“Americana offers the #1-rated schools in Louisiana and 5401 North provides homeowners an unmatched location near Raleigh’s vibrant Research Triangle Park,” Waguespack said.
“In these and our many other leading communities,” Waguespack added, “our focus is creating quality homes and enduring places for homeowners and families to enjoy for generations to come.”
Founded in 2000 with the goal of becoming a Top 10 builder in market share in each market it serves, Level Homes continues to expand. In 2015, Level Homes was also ranked 7th on the list of Best Small-to-Midsize Places to Work in Baton Rouge by Business Report Magazine.
